This delicious bush bean is stringless, with pods that sport a dark violet exterior, bright green interior, and tan colored beans. Thin plants to 3-4 inches apart. The plants take about 60-75 days to mature and grow about a foot tall. A reliable producer, these beans can be used fresh/frozen, shelled, or dried.

Ideal soil temperature for these seeds is 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Direct sow one week after the last frost when daytime temperatures are at least 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Alternatively, start indoors or in your greenhouse and transplant out after the last frost. Thin plants to 3-4 inches apart. The plants take about 60-75 days to mature and grow about a foot tall.
