Marketmore 76 produces an abundance of 8-10” long, dark green cucumbers weighing 8-12 ounces each. Finishing strong in the middle of the summer, this cucumber is a steady producer, making it a great selection for home gardens and markets. High quality texture and flavor, this cucumber is excellent freshly sliced.

Seeds will germinate best at 70-90 degrees Fahrenheit. Direct sow 3-4 weeks after your last frost, when the soil temperature is at least 70 (will not germinate below 50) degrees Fahrenheit. Alternatively, start seeds indoors 3-4 weeks before your last frost date – in peat pots, so as to not disturb the roots when transplanting. Transplant outside when the air temperature is at least 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
