This cold-hardy plant can be grown and harvested continually. Excellent fresh or cooked and used in salads, soups, stir-fry’s, baked into kale chips, and so much more!
Direct sow from early spring to early summer. Plant your spring/summer crop in part shade. Plant your fall crop of kale in full sun. Ideal germination temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
